No matter whether it is a yoga studio or a home, the worn Yoga mat are all covered with bacteria of unknown origin from long-term use. They look dirty and smell a strange smell. ——These expensive professional yoga mats can hardly escape this outcome. There is no other way to go unless you change a new mat or sea a bottle of an equally expensive professional cleaner.
This is really annoying. However, do not forget that we still have lavender!
Today, we would like to share with you a professional cleaning effect using lavender oil to clean yoga mats and achieve sterilization. Move it!

First of all, you need to prepare some simple materials:
Clear water
White vinegar
Lavender essential oil (true lavender essential oil or striking lavender essential oil)
Spray bottle

The clean water and white vinegar were mixed in 1:1 and then put into a 100 ml spray bottle. This ratio is suitable for yoga mats with a relatively high level of soiling. If it is only used for routine cleaning of yoga mats, the ratio of fresh water and white vinegar can be adjusted to 1:3.
Add 8-10 drops of lavender essential oil and shake it.
Spray the mixed liquid in the spray bottle on one side of the Yoga mat to ensure that the entire surface is sprayed with cleaning liquid. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Wipe it off with a damp cloth or sponge.
Reverse the yoga mat and repeat the above procedure.
Hang the yoga mat in a dry place out of direct sunlight and let it dry.

After the clean yoga mat, strange smells and dirt are no longer,
With a subtle sweet plant aroma.
The next time you practice yoga, your mood and body will be more enjoyable!
